Payment Processing:

For course participant’s convenience we accept payments via Credit Card, Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit. If other methods for payment are available we will make that information clear under each course.

Opportunities to purchase tickets early (6 weeks before commencement date) will offer a discounted rate for all forms of payment and will be displayed on each course page.

Credit card transactions will be processed at the time of booking and a receipt of booking reference issued automatically. Direct bank deposits for the full amount of the booking must be received a minimum of (4 weeks) before course start date. Part Payments or incomplete payments still pending within 14 days of commencement will result in your deposit being forfeited and your booking being cancelled.

Refunds: – Must be notified in writing immediately to learn@synchronicityfarm.com

  • Full name
  • Booking Reference
  • Reason for change of booking

 

Refund Scenarios;

In the case that the organiser cancels a course, participants that have already paid will be offered the following options;

a) Receive a full refund

b) Receive a full credit voucher for the initial course fee towards a future course

In the case that the participant cancels a course greater than 14 days before course commencement they will be offered the following options;

a) Receive a refund, less the 10% booking fee

b) Receive a full credit of the initial course fee towards a future course

c) Transfer the full credit to another person to attend on your behalf

In the case that the participant cancels a course less than 14 days before course commencement they will be offered the following options;

a) Receive a full credit voucher for the initial course fee towards a future course

b) Receive a refund less an administration fee of $55
