Methods of delivery

When purchasing courses, workshops and training you will be issued with confirmation of booking immediately to your registered email address. The actual course an learning will be delivered to you when you attend on the days specified.

When purchasing food and perishable items online, our business model is set to have customers collect their food order directly from the farm. We will have the order ready for the time selected by the customer.

When purchasing non-perishable items online, we will pack and send purchased goods within 48 hours of receiving the order using the postage or courier method selected during the checkout process. Goods will arrive within a maximum of 5 days within Australia. For international orders, please review the expected delivery timeframe at time of checkout.

Places of delivery

Options for delivery currently extend only to non perishable items within the region of Australia. This will soon be expanded to include other markets.

Delivery charges

Charges for delivery are calculated and specified at the time of checkout and will depend on the postcode supplied. GST is payable on delivery charges and will be calculated and added at the time of transaction.

Delivery Problems

If there is any problem associated with the delivery of your selected products, we will take immediate action to remedy the situation. If the cause for delay was due to our postage or shipping company, we will re-deliver as soon as is practicable. If the product was unable to be delivered due to an issue caused by the purchaser, we reserve the right to levy a further delivery charge.

Tracking

As we use Registered Australia Postal services to send products, you will be able to track the status of the order via this method on the Australia post website using your tracking number. Similarly, if you utilise the courier service, the ability to track the order can be done online.

Customer obligations

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the information supplied for delivery and contact details is correct to ensure successful delivery. In addition, each customer will need to sign for all postal items at the time of collection.
